Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 400 g cooked white beans
- 200 g spicy sausage, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
2. Add carrots, celery, zucchini, and bell pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables soften.
3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, oregano, and basil. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes.
5. Add the white beans and sausage slices. Cook for an additional 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve the soup garnished with fresh basil.
