Ingredients:
- 1.5 dl pasta
- 1.5 l water
- 1 tsp basil
- 2 carrots
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 0.5 tbsp margarine (38% fat)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 onion
- Low-fat ham, sliced thinly
- 2 sprigs parsley
Instructions:
1. Heat the margarine in a pot over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and carrots to the pot. Sauté until the onions are soft.
3. Stir in the garlic and basil, mixing well.
4. Add the tomato paste and thinly sliced ham. Combine the ingredients thoroughly.
5. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
6. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until the pasta is tender.
7. Serve the soup garnished with parsley.
