Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 50 g spiral pasta
- 50 g cooked white beans
- 150 g frozen green beans
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion, garlic, and carrot. Cut the zucchini into small cubes.
2. Heat a little oil in a pot and add the onion and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add the carrot and zucchini to the pot, and cook for a few more minutes.
4. Pour the vegetable broth into the pot and add the frozen green beans and white beans. Bring to a boil.
5. Add the spiral pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the soup garnished with fresh basil.
