Ingredients
- 300 g beef tenderloin - 1 small Napa cabbage
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 carrots
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Slice the beef tenderloin into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. 2. Peel and slice the carrots, bell pepper, and garlic. Shred the Napa cabbage.
3. Heat the canola oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned.
4. Add the garlic and vegetables to the wok. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
5. Add the bamboo shoots and mushrooms to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well.
6. Stir-fry for a few more minutes and serve hot with rice or noodles.
