Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar - 100 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 50 ml cocoa powder
- Dark chocolate (about 50 g)
Instructions
1. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. 2. In a saucepan, combine the egg yolks, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and a little dark chocolate.
3. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to bubble. Remove from heat and let cool.
4. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. The stiffness can be adjusted to your preference.
5. Gently fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the whipped egg whites.
6. Spoon the chocolate mousse into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
