A savory addition to pasta sauce or soup, these easy-to-make meatballs are loved by the whole family. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef (or a mix)
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and milk. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to absorb.
2. Add the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika to the breadcrumb mixture. Mix all the ingredients together well.
3. Shape the mixture into balls about 2-3 cm in size.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
5. Serve warm with pasta or mashed potatoes.
