A spicy and hearty chicken dish that brings flavors from Mexico. This delicious meal is quick to prepare and perfect for dinner with family or friends.

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 can (400 g) kidney beans
- 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2-3 chilies (to taste)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Rinse and chop the red bell pepper and chilies.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the chopped bell pepper and chilies, continuing to sauté for a few more minutes.
4. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the skillet. Cook until the chicken is done and has a nice color.
5. Add the crushed tomatoes and rinse the can with water, pouring it into the skillet. Also, add the drained kidney beans.
6. Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
7. Serve with cilantro and enjoy with rice or tortillas.
