Ingredients:

- 4 chicken breast fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- Fresh basil for garnish
- Olive oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Dredge the fillets in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Place the fried fillets in a baking dish and pour the tomato sauce over them. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
6. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
