- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 400 g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, sautéing until soft.
3. Add the chicken breast fillets and cook on both sides for about 5 minutes, until golden brown.
4. Stir in the sliced bell peppers and cook for a few more minutes.
