A delicious rye pasta dish in a creamy sauce, perfect for a weeknight meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g rye pasta - 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl milk
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 g button mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the rye pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside. 2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Slice the button mushrooms.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for about 3 minutes.
4. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown.
5. Pour in the cream and milk, stir well, and let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
6. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper.
7. Mix the cooked rye pasta into the sauce and heat through for a moment.
8. Serve on plates and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
