Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a large bowl over a water bath or in the microwave.
2. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and butter mixture and mix well.
3. Incorporate the eggs one by one, stirring well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt together.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
