Delicious vanilla muffins that are perfect for children's parties. They are soft, fluffy, and easy to decorate.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (or 320°F for a convection oven).
2. In a bowl, beat the sugar and softened butter together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the batter, alternating with the milk, and mix until smooth.
6. Spoon the batter into muffin tins, filling them about 2/3 full.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Allow to cool and decorate with owl decorations if desired.
