Lingonberry Foam

A delightful and refreshing lingonberry foam, perfect for dessert or as a snack. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, and the recipe serves 4-6.Ingredients:
- 3 dl lingonberries
- 1 ½ dl sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 5 dl water
- 1 dl semolina
- 2.5 dl vanilla cream
Instructions:
1. Boil water and sugar in a saucepan.
2. Add semolina to the boiling mixture and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in crushed lingonberries and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
4. Whip the porridge until fluffy and let it cool to room temperature.
5. In a separate bowl, whip the vanilla cream and then gently fold it into the porridge until well combined.
