A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring fresh mushrooms, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (e.g., button or chanterelles)
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes until translucent.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are soft and the moisture has evaporated.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the mushroom mixture, stir, and let simmer for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the mushroom sauce. Add a little reserved pasta water if needed to achieve a creamier consistency.
7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh parsley.
