Ingredients:

- 4 chicken cutlets
- 200 g fresh mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chicken cutlets to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Chop the onion and garlic. Add them to the pan next to the chicken cutlets and sauté until soft.
4. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
6. Serve the chicken cutlets with the sauce on top and garnish with fresh parsley.
