A delicious chocolate treat perfect for dessert or as a sweet snack with coffee. Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 10-12 pieces
Ingredients
- 2 eggs - 1.8 dl sugar
- 100 g butter or margarine
- 1.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 dl cocoa powder
- 100 g dark chocolate (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). 2. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Melt the butter and mix it with the melted chocolate. Add this mixture to the egg-sugar mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the egg mixture.
5. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
6. Allow to cool before cutting into pieces.
