A delicious Finnish berry and oat treat that combines the sweetness of sugars with the tartness of lingonberries. Perfect for a cozy afternoon snack. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Serving Size: 12 pieces
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter - 1 dl granulated sugar
- 2 dl brown sugar
- 4 dl rolled oats
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dl lingonberries
- 100 g chocolate (optional)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cool slightly. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and rolled oats.
3. Add the cooled butter to the mixture and stir well.
4. Mix in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar until combined.
5. Gently fold in the lingonberries.
6. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
7. If desired, add chocolate pieces to the batter.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
