Serving Size: 12 cakes
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs (free-range)- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl oil
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 1 dl graham flour
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).2. Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the sugar. Whisk until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
4. Add the milk and oil, and mix well.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the graham flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir until a smooth batter forms.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the surface.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cakes are golden brown and cooked through. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
