Ingredients:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
Cookie Dough:
- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 100 g chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Allow to cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, mix together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar. Add the chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Stir in the flour, salt, baking powder, and nuts until combined.
5. For the cookie dough: cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla sugar and mix well.
6. Combine the flour, salt, and baking soda, then add to the mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Grease a baking dish and pour the brownie batter into the bottom. Top with the cookie dough.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least a couple of hours or overnight.
