A delicious combination of brownies and cookies with a hint of porter beer flavor. Perfect for both everyday indulgence and special occasions!

Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50 ml porter beer
- 100 g chocolate chips (for cookie dough)
- 100 g sugar (for cookie dough)
- 75 g butter (for cookie dough)
- 1 egg (for cookie dough)
- 150 g flour (for cookie dough)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (for cookie dough)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
2. Stir in the sugar and mix well. Allow to cool slightly.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. Stir in the flour, vanilla sugar, salt, and porter beer until a smooth batter forms.
5. For the cookie dough: Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then add the egg and mix well.
6. Combine the flour and baking powder into the mixture, then fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Grease a baking tray and pour the brownie batter into the bottom. Top with the cookie dough.
8. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
