- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Butter for frying
Chocolate Maple Syrup:
- 3.5 ounces dark chocolate (70%)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions:

1. Prepare the syrup: Melt the chocolate using a double boiler. Stir in the maple syrup until well combined.
2. Make the batter: In a bowl, combine the beer, sour cream, egg, melted butter, and brown sugar. Mix well.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the beer mixture and stir until combined. Let the batter rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
