- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup nuts or seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup dried fruits (e.g., raisins or apricots, optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats and milk. Let the mixture soak for about 10 minutes.
3. Mash the bananas and add them to the soaked oats. Mix well.
4. Add honey or maple syrup, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
