Carrot Pasta with Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients:
- 250 g carrot pasta - 150 g Gorgonzola cheese
- 2 dl cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the carrot pasta according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and immediately add it to the sauce. 2. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Pour the cream into the pan and let it warm up. Crumble the Gorgonzola cheese into the cream and stir until the cheese melts into the sauce.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
5. Combine the drained pasta with the sauce and stir well. Serve immediately.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
