A delicious and creamy pasta dish with fresh spinach and parmesan, perfect for a quick dinner. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl grated parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little of the cooking water.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
4. Add the fresh spinach to the pan and sauté until wilted.
5. Pour the cream over the spinach and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Add the grated parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir until melted. Season with salt and black pepper.
7. Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce. If needed, add a bit of the reserved cooking water to achieve the desired consistency.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
