A delicious chicken pasta that's quick and simple to prepare, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 300 g chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 100 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some cooking water.
2. Cut the chicken fillets into strips. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are done.
4. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pan. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the pan and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Add the drained pasta to the pan and stir. If the mixture is too dry, add a little reserved cooking water.
7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
8. Serve the pasta garnished with fresh basil.
