Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise - 1 ripe avocado
- 3.5 oz (100 g) Parmesan cheese shavings or grated
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- Anchovy fillets to taste
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- Croutons, toasted and cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions:
1. Cut the peeled avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice the flesh. Squeeze lemon juice over the avocado to prevent browning.2. Wash and tear the iceberg and romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a salad bowl.
3. Add the crushed garlic, light mayonnaise, and light sour cream to the salad. Mix well.
4. Gently fold in the sliced avocado, Parmesan cheese, and anchovy fillets, being careful not to mash the avocado.
5. Finally, add the toasted crouton cubes and chopped basil. Serve immediately.
