- 1 avocado

- A handful of fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Lemon juice to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs to your desired doneness (about 6-8 minutes for soft-boiled). 2. Lightly toast the slices of bread.
3. Halve the avocado, remove the skin, and mash it with a fork. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread cream cheese on the toasted bread slices.
5. Add the mashed avocado on top of the cream cheese.
6. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them on top of the bread.
7. If desired, add fresh herbs on top of the bread.
8. Serve the boiled eggs separately or on top of the bread.
