Ingredients:

- 600 g chicken
- 1 onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 green chili
- 4 cloves
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the onion. Finely chop the green chili.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until soft and golden brown.
3. Add the chopped chili, cloves, ginger, and garlic. Cook for about 2 more minutes.
4. Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown.
5. Season with salt, sugar, turmeric, and garam masala. Mix well.
6. Pour coconut milk into the skillet and stir. Let it simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and the flavors meld.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
