Ingredients:
- 300 g chicken strips
- 1 liter chicken broth
- 100 g vermicelli
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 g frozen peas
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and carrot.
2. Heat a little oil in a pot and sauté the onion and carrot until they soften.
3. Add the chicken strips and cook until fully cooked.
4. Pour the chicken broth into the pot and bring to a boil.
5. Add the vermicelli and cook according to package instructions.
6. Stir in the peas and season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley.
