Ingredients:
- 300 g chicken strips
- 1 liter chicken broth
- 100 g vermicelli noodles
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Chop the onion, carrots, and bell pepper.
2. Heat a little oil in a pot and add the onion. Sauté for a moment.
3. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are done.
4. Add the carrots and bell pepper, and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Pour the chicken broth into the pot and bring to a boil.
6. Add the vermicelli and cook according to package instructions until tender.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley.
