Deliciously soft brioche buns, perfect for burgers and hot dogs. The dough can be prepared the night before and left to rise in the refrigerator.
Preparation Time: Over 60 minutes
Serving Size: About 8 buns

Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 75 g sugar
- 10 g salt
- 10 g dry yeast
- 200 ml warm milk
- 3 eggs
- 150 g softened butter

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and dry yeast.
2. Add the warm milk and eggs to the mixture, and mix well.
3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
4. Gradually add the softened butter, kneading until fully incorporated.
5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.
6. Shape the dough into approximately 8 round buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Cover the buns with a cloth and let them rise for another 30-45 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
9. Brush the buns with beaten egg before baking.
10. Bake the buns in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until they are beautifully golden brown.
11. Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
