Ingredients:
- 4 dl water - 4 dl milk
- 2 bananas
- 4 dl large rolled oats
- A pinch of salt
- Berries (e.g., blueberries, lingonberries)
- Yogurt (e.g., soy yogurt)
- Vanilla sugar
- Sugar
Instructions:
1. In a pot, bring the water and milk to a boil. 2. Add the rolled oats and a pinch of salt to the boiling mixture.
3. Mash the bananas and stir them into the oatmeal. Cook for about 5-10 minutes until the oatmeal is soft.
4. Pour the oatmeal into a baking dish and smooth the surface.
5. Mix the yogurt with sugar and vanilla sugar, then spread the mixture evenly on top of the oatmeal.
6. Evenly distribute the berries over the yogurt layer.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 20-25 minutes, until the yogurt is set.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
