Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats - 4 dl milk or water
- A pinch of salt
- Honey (to taste)
- Yogurt (to taste)
- Nuts or seeds (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Pour milk or water into a saucepan and bring it to a boil. 2. Add the rolled oats and a pinch of salt to the saucepan.
3. Cook the oatmeal over low heat for about 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
4. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the oatmeal rest for a moment.
5. Serve the oatmeal with yogurt, honey, and nuts or seeds.
