Description: A hearty and flavorful soup featuring bratwurst and tortelloni, perfect for a comforting meal.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- A splash of cooking oil for frying
- 4 large bratwursts (or a pack of small Nuremberg bratwursts)
- 2 x 400 g cans of crushed tomatoes
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 10 dl hot water
- 2 x 250 g packs of tortelloni (filling of your choice)
- 150-200 g fresh spinach
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut the bratwursts into smaller pieces and brown them in oil in a pot.
2. Add the crushed tomatoes and chicken bouillon cubes to the pot.
3. Pour in the hot water and rinse out the cans with it to get all the tomato.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil.
5. Once boiling, add the tortelloni and spinach.
6. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, about 2 minutes.
7. When the pasta is ready, the soup is ready to serve.
8. Optionally, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
