Brazilian Grilled Cheese and Caipirinha

A delicious combination of grilled cheese and a refreshing Caipirinha drink, perfect for a football night or gathering with friends. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients for Grilled Cheese:
- Grilled cheese (such as queijo coalho)- 2-3 tablespoons dark syrup
- A splash of water
- Dried oregano
- Skewers for serving
Instructions for Grilled Cheese:
1. Preheat the grill until hot.2. Cut the grilled cheese into large cubes.
3. Grill the cheese on both sides until golden brown.
4. Roll the grilled cheese in the syrup mixture (mix dark syrup and a splash of water) and then in dried oregano.
5. Insert skewers into the cheese cubes and serve immediately.
Ingredients for Caipirinha:
- Ice cubes- 1-2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 lime
- 4 cl cachaça (or vodka)
Instructions for Caipirinha:
1. Crush the ice cubes into smaller pieces.2. Place sugar at the bottom of a glass.
3. Cut the lime in half and then into four wedges. Add the wedges to the glass and press them to release the juice.
4. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
5. Pour in the cachaça (or vodka) and stir. Add more sugar if needed.
