Ingredients
- Dough:- 50 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 25 g syrup
- 50 g gluten-free flour
- 0.25 - 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp whiskey
- Filling:
- 1 dl cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 3 - 4 tsp whiskey
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- Sugar to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).2. Mix gluten-free flour and cinnamon together in a bowl.
3. Melt butter, sugar, and syrup in a saucepan or microwave.
4. Combine the melted butter-sugar mixture with the flour mixture.
5. Add lemon juice and whiskey to the dough and mix well.
6. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving enough space for spreading.
7. Bake in the oven for about 6 minutes, keeping a close eye as they can burn easily.
8. Let them cool slightly, but while still soft, roll them up using a round object (like a spoon handle). Place the rolls seam side down to cool completely.
9. Prepare the filling by whipping the cream and then mixing in cream cheese, whiskey, vanilla sugar, and sugar to taste.
10. Pipe the filling into the cooled rolls.
