Ingredients:
- 2 dl mayonnaise - 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp saffron
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Start by crushing the garlic clove finely. 2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, crushed garlic, saffron, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the olive oil to the mixture and stir well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
4. Allow the sahramiaioli to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving, so the flavors can deepen.
5. Serve chilled alongside fish soup or other seafood dishes.
