Ingredients:

- 500 g game ground meat (e.g., elk, deer)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked chili (chipotle)
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions:

1. Combine the ground meat and spices in a bowl. Mix thoroughly, preferably using a stand mixer or whisk, for 10-15 minutes.
2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least a few hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
3. Use a piping bag to shape the meat into thin strips on a baking paper-lined tray.
4. Roll lightly with another sheet of baking paper to ensure the strips are even.
5. Transfer the strips to a dehydrator or convection oven.
6. Set the dehydrator to full power and let dry for 6-24 hours depending on the thickness of the meat.
