Serving Size: 12 pastries

Ingredients:

- 1 egg yolk
- 2 dl powdered sugar
- Red food coloring
- Nonpareils
- 100 g butter
- 125 g unsalted butter
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 0.25 dl sugar
- Jam or marmalade (e.g., raspberry, apple...)
- 1 tbsp water

Instructions:

1. Cream the softened, room-temperature butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Gradually add the egg yolk while mixing, then incorporate the all-purpose flour.
3. Press the dough into pastry molds.
4. Prepare the filling by mixing jam or marmalade with a small amount of water.
5. Fill the pastries with the jam mixture and decorate with powdered sugar, food coloring, and nonpareils.
6. Allow the pastries to set in the refrigerator before serving.
