Delicious gluten-free cakes that are light and fluffy, perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl sugar
- 1 dl water
- 3 dl fine gluten-free flour blend
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp vanilla sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3. Add the water to the egg mixture and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and smooth the surface.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cakes are golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
