Delicious Bebe pastries filled with nut-chocolate filling and topped with white chocolate, perfect for any meal's sweet ending.
Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 12 pieces
Ingredients:
Dough:
- 150 g butter
- 1 1/4 dl sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl oats
Filling:
- 200 g ground walnuts
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g chocolate
- 50 g butter
Topping:
- 100 g white chocolate
- Heart-shaped sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Quickly mix the dough ingredients together. Spread the dough in the bottom and sides of Bebe molds. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake the dough in the oven for about 10 minutes.
3. Melt the butter for the filling and add the chocolate. Mix well, then add the ground walnuts and sugar. Fill the pastries with this mixture.
4. Melt the white chocolate and spread it over the pastries or dip the pastries in the chocolate.
5. Decorate with sprinkles.
