Ingredients:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 small pumpkin
- 1 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes.
2. Halve the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut it into cubes.
3. Boil the sweet potato and pumpkin cubes in salted water until soft, about 15-20 minutes.
4. Drain the cooking water and transfer the cubes to a bowl.
5. Add the milk and season with salt and black pepper.
6. Mash the ingredients into a smooth puree using a potato masher or immersion blender.
7. Serve warm as a side dish or main course.
