A delicious savory pie filled with fresh vegetables and feta cheese. Perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 1½ dl liquid margarine
- approx. 100 g feta cheese
- 2 dl bread flour
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 tub of sour cream
- 1 onion
- ½ large zucchini
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp water
- salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Mix the ingredients for the base dough until smooth.
3. Line a pie dish with the dough.
4. Pre-bake the base in the oven for about 10 minutes.
5. Peel and chop the onion, carrots, and zucchini.
6. Sauté the onion in a pan until soft.
7. Add the carrots and zucchini to the pan and sauté for a moment.
8. Add the mushrooms to the pan and mix well.
9. In a bowl, combine sour cream, egg, and crumbled feta cheese.
10. Add the sautéed vegetables to the sour cream mixture and season with salt.
11. Pour the mixture over the pre-baked base.
12. Bake the pie in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
13. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
