A delicious salad that combines flavorful ingredients to impress at any dining occasion.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 1.5 dl cold-pressed rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 can pickled onions (drained)
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp strong mustard
- 1 head Lollo Rosso lettuce
- ½ head leaf lettuce (torn)
- 400 g roast beef (sliced thinly)
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 6-8 tomatoes (cut into wedges)
- ½ dl orange juice
- 450 g Valio Salaneuvos 17% cheese cubes
- 1 bag pea or sunflower sprouts

Instructions:

1. Prepare the salad dressing by mixing rapeseed oil, sugar, pickled onions, black pepper, mustard, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.
2. In a large serving dish, add the torn Lollo Rosso and leaf lettuce.
3. Mix in the sliced roast beef and tomato wedges.
4. Pour the salad dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
5. Add the orange juice and cheese cubes.
6. Garnish with pea or sunflower sprouts before serving.
