Ingredients:

- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh berries (e.g., blueberries or strawberries) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix them with the melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased pie dish.
2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla sugar and lemon juice until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
5. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and smooth the surface.
6. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes or until the filling is set.
7. Allow to cool at room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
8. Garnish with fresh berries before serving.
