Instructions:
1. Peel the orange with a knife and slice it.
2. Cube the toasted bread and brown it in olive oil in a skillet.
3. In a bowl, mix the orange juice and olive oil together.
4. Pour the dressing over the torn salad leaves and orange slices, and toss well.
5. Sprinkle the toasted bread cubes and Parmesan cheese on top.
