Ingredients:
- 100 g prosciutto
- 100 g salami
- 100 g mortadella
- 150 g assorted cheeses (e.g., mozzarella, parmesan, gorgonzola)
- 1 dl olives (green and black)
- 1 dl marinated vegetables (e.g., artichokes, bell peppers)
- 1 baguette or ciabatta bread
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil, rosemary) for garnish
- Olive oil for serving
Instructions:
1. Slice the cured meats thinly and arrange them beautifully on a serving platter.
2. Cut the cheeses into bite-sized pieces and add them next to the meats on the platter.
3. Add the olives and marinated vegetables to the platter.
4. Slice the baguette or ciabatta and place the slices on the serving table.
5. Garnish with fresh herbs and drizzle with olive oil.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
