Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the zucchinis into thin strips lengthwise.2. Prepare three separate bowls: place the flour in one, whisked eggs in another, and mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in the third.
3. Dip the zucchini strips first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat them well with the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
5. Deep fry the zucchini fries in small batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
6. Remove fries and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
7. Serve warm, optionally with a dipping sauce.
