Ingredients:

- 500 g ground beef (or a mix)
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 dl grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and milk, and let it soak for about 5 minutes.
2. Add the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Parmesan cheese (if using) to the soaked breadcrumbs.
3. Mix all the ingredients well by hand or with a spoon until the mixture is uniform.
4. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 3-4 cm in diameter.
5. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes, turning them regularly until they are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes, pasta, or a salad.
