Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150 g spinach
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
3. Add the diced bell pepper to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until softened.
4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
5. Add the spinach to the skillet and stir until wilted.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the vegetables in the skillet. Add reserved cooking water if needed to prevent the pasta from drying out.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
